1) Additional Charges?

Additional charges for extra ceremony shoot: Any additional ceremony shoot not explicitly mentioned in The quotation will incur extra charges. Client will be informed for the applicable fees beforehand. This clause is included to ensure 
transparency and to avoid any misunderstandings regrading billing.

2) When Can We Expect The Delivery?

We begin processing work after receiving selected picture form the client.
Expect the delivery of edited photo, videos and the album within 60 to 90 working days.

3) How Big Is Your Team?

The size of team is determined based on individual requirements.

4) Payments Terms?

  1. 30% Is required upon booking.
  2. 60% Of the total fee is due on the day of the event.
  3. The remaining 10% is due upon receipt of all previews of videos and album sheets.
  4. Late payments incur a fee of ( Amount of Percentages )% per day.
  5. Non-payment may result in deletion of the data within 30 days and withholding of services and deliverable. 

5) Can We Get Some Wedding Pictures On An Urgent Basics?

Certainly, web provide 3-5 pictures upon client request within 10 to 12 days.

6) Do you provide a hard disk on pendrive for row photos?

No, the client should provide the pen drive and hard disk for row photo data.

7) Is Travel And Accommodation provides by your team?

No, the client is responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the team for outstation events.

8) Postponement

  1. Government-led postponement will carry forward the advance with a 30 days written notice.

9) Do You Provide Row Of Videos?

No, we do not provide row data of videos. 

10) Will You Arrange Team Foods?

No, the client is responsible for providing meals during the event.
Or the team requires breaks for lunch and dinner. 

11) How Many Days Do We Have For Corrections?

Clients have 10 days for corrections in videos.
Data backup is retained for 30 days. 
After completing the work.

12) Changes To Services

  1. Any changes must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
  2. Extra fees may apply for additional services.

13) Cancellation And Refunds

  1. Cancellations 15 days before the event: 80% refunds of the advance payment.
  2. No refunds after the wedding shoot.
  3. Full refund if the company cancels. 

14) Deliverables

  1. Edited content delivered within 60 to 90 working days after receiving selected pictures from the client.
  2. Above delivered days will be increaed if any technical problems happend. 
  3. Client must be provide a storage device for row photos.
  4. No, row video data provided.
  5. After receiving all previews of the video, The client has 10 days for correction work.
    If the client does not collect video within 30 days, The company is not responsible for any video data loss.  

16) Artistic License

  1. The company retains artistic discretion over style and editing.

17) Acceptance

  1. By the paying the deposit, the client accepts these terms.
