What happens after I book ?
- We match your requirements with the best photographer from our team based on type of photography, city, requirements and all the other details you provide in the booking process.
- You’ll receive our unmatched quotation within 2 business days.
When & where and how do I get my photos ?
- After the event we edit your photos and vidoes by adjusting ( Contrast, Cropping, Color Correction, Temperature, Exposure etc. )
- You will get the online link of your photos and vidoes.
- Your final product will be ready within
I. Wedding Photos – 4 – 7 Weeks
II. Wedding Vidoes – 8 – 11 Weeks
III. Album – Within 20 Days after photos selection by you
* Timeline may slightly vary depending on workload.
**Album delivery may vary if the photo selection is delayed by the customer or the last installment gets delayed.
Can I download or order prints ?
- Yes, You can download your photos as you will pay final installment . Till then you can see in view only mode
- You can also order high quality prints/album, which we can ship to any address you like. Charges will depend on quality of album and sheets.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Time
- After Booking or 90 days (or more ) prior to event date
- 60 – 90 days prior to event date
- 45 – 60 days prior to event date
- Within 45 days from event date
Cancellation Fee
- 80% Refund of advance amount
- 50% Refund od advanve amount
- 25% refund of advance amount
- No Refund
Terms
- F&B shall be borne by the client.
- The client is responsible for having and authorized representative present during all shooting phases of the Assignment. If no representative is present, the photographer’s interpretation shall be accepted.
- After booking confirnation, if you wish to change/alter your booked services in any way (e.g your chosen event dates or location), we will do our ulmost to accommodate these changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost i ncurred due to amendments will be borne by you.
- If you want any changes in the vidoes, you can tell us within is days of the delivery of vidoes.
- Changes will be done to the vidoes for a maximum of 2 times.
- You can download your photos and videos as soon as you will pay the final installment. Till then you can see them in view only mode.
