Addtional charges?

Additional Charges for Extra Ceremony Shoot: Any additional ceremony shoot not explicitly mentioned in 

the quotation will incur extra charges. Clients will be informed of the applicable fees beforehand. This clause is included to ensure transparency and to avoid any misunderstandings regarding billing. Please refer to the quotation for details on included services, and feel free to contact us for clarification.

When can we expect the delivery ?

We begin processing work after receiving selected pictures from the client. Expect the delivery of edited photos, videos, and the album within 60 to 90 working days.

How big is your team?

The size of the team is determined based on individual requirements.

What are your payment terms?

To secure your booking, a 30% advance payment is required. The first day of the event requires 60% payment, and the remaining 10% is due upon finalizing the album printing/ videos / edited photo.

Can we get some wedding pictures on an urgent basis?

Certainly, we provide 3-5 pictures upon client request within 10 to 12 days.

Do you provide a hard disk or Pendrive for raw photos?

No, the client should provide the pen drive or hard disk for raw photo data.

Is travel and accommodation provided by your team?

No, the client is responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the team for outstation events.

Is cancellation or postponement possible?

In the event of a government mandate necessitating the postponement of the wedding or shoot, the advance amount will be carried forward to rescheduled dates with a 30-day written advance notice. If the client chooses cancellation, a refund of 80% of the booking payment will be processed, provided the request is made at least 15 days before the scheduled event shoot.

Do you provide raw data of videos?

No, we do not provide raw data of videos.

Will you arrange team food?

No, the client is responsible for providing meals during the event, or the team requires breaks for lunch and dinner.

How many days do we have for corrections?

Clients have 10 days for corrections in videos. Data backup is retained for 30 days after completing the work.

Refund Possible?

Refunds are only possible in the case of cancellation or postponement. If the client chooses to cancel or reschedule the event, a refund can be processed. However, after the wedding shoot has taken place, no refunds will be possible
